If you’re looking to track your order or facing any issues with delivery, here’s what you can do:
Track your order
Check your order confirmation email for your estimated delivery date.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your parcel’s journey
Can’t find your tracking info or order update?
If there's no tracking update after 48h or you can’t locate the tracking email, please contact our Customer Support team. Include your order number, shipping address, and email used at checkout so we can assist you faster.
Delivery issues
Wrong or incomplete address? If the package is being returned due to address issues, you may be able to update the address directly via the courier’s tracking link or redirect the parcel to a nearby pick-up point.
If the parcel can't be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse and additional fees may be requested for it to be resent.
Marked as delivered but not received?
Double-check common delivery spots like neighboring mailboxes, building receptions, coworking spaces, or hotel front desks.
Still can’t locate it? Let us know — we’ll help investigate.
No tracking movement?
Tracking may only update once the parcel reaches the destination country.
Some delays in scanning or courier updates are normal, especially during busy shipping periods.
