Track your order

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the estimated delivery date.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Use it to follow your parcel’s journey in real-time.


No tracking movement yet?

Sometimes tracking only updates once the parcel reaches your country, or there may be minor delays during high-volume periods. This is normal and usually resolves within a few days.

If:

  • It's been more than 48 working hours since your shipping confirmation and there's no update

  • You can’t find your tracking email
