If you've already submitted a return request through our website but haven’t received the return label yet, try the following steps:
Allow 1–2 business days for the return label email to arrive.
Check your spam, promotions, or junk folders — sometimes the email can land there by mistake.
Still missing?
Please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number or the email address used at checkout. We'll resend the return label as soon as possible.
For international returns (outside the EU):
Be sure to print three copies of the return invoice and attach them to the outside of your package. You’ll receive tracking info once your return is confirmed.
