How do I start the return process if I haven't received the return label via email?Updated 16 days ago

If you’ve already requested a return through our website but haven’t received the return label, here’s what to do:

1. Give it 1–2 business days for the email to arrive after submitting your return request.

2. Check your spam or promotions folder, just in case it landed there.

3. If you still haven’t received it after that time, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number or the email address used at checkout, and we’ll resend the label as soon as possible.

For international returns (outside the EU):
Make sure to print three copies of the return invoice and place them on the outside of your package. You’ll also receive tracking information once your return is confirmed.
