Your order can be tracked using the tracking number provided, which can be found through the tracking link.

Once an order is in the process of being prepared or already on the way, changing the delivery address is no longer possible. However, you can request to have your package delivered to a pick-up point directly through the tracking link, allowing you to collect your item when convenient.

Should you wish to have your order shipped to an alternative address, such as a hotel, include the hotel name alongside your own when placing the order to inform the delivery driver. Please note that we do not change delivery addresses post-dispatch.
