To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:

1. Repack the item
   Place the product in a protective bag or box. Make sure it’s in its original condition — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Attach the return label
   Stick the return label (sent via email) securely on the outside of the parcel. Ensure the barcode is visible and scannable.

If you're returning from outside the EU, please print 3 copies of the return invoice and attach them to the outside of the package. This helps avoid delays at customs and guarantees the delivery at our warehouse. You’ll find the invoice in your return confirmation email.
