I received an incorrect item, what should I do?Updated a year ago

We are extremely sorry for this. If you received an incorrect bag - whether it's the wrong product or size - please, mail us at [email protected] and provide the following details.

1. Confirm the condition of the package you have received and your order number.

2. Share photos of the received product as well as pictures of the label(s) so we can check if there has been any mistake in our logistics center.

Once you reach out to us, here is what we will do: 

We will report the issue to our warehouse so a new delivery of the bag you ordered will be arranged. You will also be contacted by the courier in the upcoming days to arrange a pickup of the wrong bag, so it is delivered back to our warehouse.
