I returned my order. How long does the refund take?Updated a month ago
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your return has been approved. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in new, unworn condition, with tags intact, no signs of damage, and returned using the prepaid label from our return portal.
If your return is approved, we’ll process the refund automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 15 days for the amount to appear in your bank account—this depends on your bank’s processing time.
A few important notes:
Original shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.
The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund (unless your product was faulty or incorrect).
Keep your return tracking number, as we may request it as proof of return.
