Can I get an invoice for my order?

Sure! To get an invoice for your order you will need to contact us at help@olend.net with your order number and any additional details to include in your invoice. We will get back to you with the requested invoice.

I returned my order, how long does the refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s been approved. We only accept returns that are in new, unworn condition, with tags intact and no signs of damage, and that were sent using the prepaid label from our return portal.
