When you return an item, the refund reflects the value of the product only. The following costs will be deducted from your refund:

• The original shipping fee

• The cost of the prepaid return label (used for sending the item back)

These deductions apply unless:

• The item was faulty, or

• You received an incorrect product

Please note that customs charges and shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
