My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it — what now?Updated 13 hours ago

If your tracking link shows your order as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, here are a few steps to try first:

Check common delivery spots:

  • Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff (like reception or concierge) in case they accepted the parcel on your behalf.

  • Look in places where couriers sometimes leave packages: side doors, porches, mailrooms, or delivery lockers.

If you’ve checked all possible lOcations and the package is still unaccounted for, reach out to us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • Your shipping address
