If you've received confirmation that your refund has been processed but hasn’t appeared in your account yet, don’t worry — this is usually due to normal processing times.
Refunds can take up to 15 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Delays are common, especially around weekends, holidays, or depending on your provider's internal processes.
If it’s been more than 15 business days and the refund still hasn’t shown up:
