What is the status of my order and how do I track its delivery?Updated 14 days ago

Order Status & Tracking Information

Once you've placed your order, it goes through a short processing period before shipment. The timeline depends on the type of items in your order:

In-stock items
These are shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and local holidays).
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Pre-order items
These are shipped according to the estimated delivery date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Please note: Pre-orders cannot be expedited.

Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order)
If your order includes both, everything will be shipped together once all items are ready, based on the latest pre-order delivery date.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey in real time. Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain & Portugal: 24–72h

  • Europe: 2–4 days

  • UK: 4–6 days (please note: parcels may be held at customs)

  • Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan: 1–3 days

  • Rest of the world: 3–6 days
