What is the status of my order and how do I track its delivery?Updated 17 days ago

Once you’ve placed your order, it goes through a short processing period before being shipped. The timeline depends on the type of items in your order:

In-stock items

  • Shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and local holidays).

  • Please note that shipping times are an estimation and may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Pre-order items

  • These items are made especially for you and are shipped according to the estimated delivery date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

  • Pre-order items cannot be expedited.

Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order)

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once all items are available, based on the latest pre-order delivery date.


Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real-time.
