If you've decided to return an order, here’s everything you need to know:
Return Period: You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
Condition of the Item: Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs: We do not offer free returns. Once your return is approved, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, as outlined here. Please note that shipping costs (and customs charges, if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-EU Returns: For returns from outside the EU, attach three copies of the return invoice to the outside of the parcel. This document is included in the return confirmation email. Without it, the parcel may be held at customs and cannot be processed.
