Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it promptly to ensure timely delivery to your chosen address.

Because of this quick turnaround, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed.


In-Stock Orders

For orders containing only in-stock items, preparation begins almost immediately—so it’s not possible to:

  • Add or remove products

  • Change item colors or quantities

  • Modify the delivery address

  • Cancel the order

Once the order is processed, it’s locked for changes.


On-Demand or Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

If your order includes on-demand items or a mix of in-stock and pre-order products, there might be a short window to make updates—depending on the preparation status.

If you'd like to request a change:

  • Please email us at [email protected] with your order details and the requested modification.

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t yet entered the preparation phase.


What if my order is already being prepared?

Here’s what you can do:

  • Need to change or remove a product?
    You can return it after receiving your order through our returns page.

  • Need to update the delivery address?
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Use that tracking number to contact the courier directly and arrange delivery updates.
