Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare it to ensure timely delivery to your specified address.
Please note that after placing an order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to the delivery address or selected products.
1. In-Stock Orders
If the items in your order are in stock, we immediately begin preparing them for shipment. As a result, modifications or cancellations are not possible. This includes:
- Adding or removing items
- Changing item colors
- Canceling the order
- Modifying the delivery address
Once your order is in stock and processed, no further changes can be applied.
2. On-Demand or Combined Orders
For on-demand orders or those combining in-stock and pre-order items, there may be a window to apply modifications or cancellations. This depends on the order’s preparation status.
To request a change, please contact us at [email protected] with all the details of your modification. If the order hasn’t entered the preparation phase, our team will do their best to accommodate your request.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS ALREADY BEING PREPARED?
- Product Changes or Removal: Once the order is received, you can process a return via our return page.
- Address Modifications: When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to contact the carrier directly and arrange any delivery changes.
