What should I do if I want to return an item?Updated 18 days ago

If you've decided to return an order, here’s everything you need to know:

  • Return Period: You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition of the Item: Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Shipping Costs: We do not offer free returns. Once your return is approved, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, as outlined here. Please note that shipping costs (and customs charges, if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Non-EU Returns: For returns from outside the EU, attach three copies of the return invoice to the outside of the parcel. This document is included in the return confirmation email. Without it, the parcel may be held at customs and cannot be processed.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

To return an item, please click HERE and follow the steps: 

  1. Enter your order number with a "#" prefix to ensure the system recognizes it. For example, if your order number is 12345, you should enter #12345.
  2. Please ensure the postal code is exactly how it appears on your order so the system can identify it. If you have no postal code, please enter the same text you entered on the postal code when placing your order.
  3. Press on "make a return".
  4. Select the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  5. The return label will be sent to your mail within the next working day.
